Malaysia Airlines and Mumbai Indians have released a new marketing film that reimagines the fan experience by taking cricket to 30,000 feet. The clip combines the adrenaline of the sport with the warmth of Malaysian hospitality to celebrate the two brands’ developing cooperation.

The film “Cricket at 30,000 Feet” follows a teenage Mumbai Indians fan on a regular flight that turns into an extraordinary mid-air encounter. The fan, accompanied by cricket stars Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and Trent Boult, discovers the spirit of the game in an unexpected environment, encapsulating the intensity of cricket fans and the thrill of travel.

The campaign demonstrates Malaysia Airlines’ continuous commitment to the Indian market, as well as its aim to engage with consumers through culturally relevant storytelling, premium experiences, and meaningful relationships. It also embodies the airline’s trademark Malaysian Hospitality in a way that connects well with cricket fans around the region.
